"Lovely hotel and in a very calm and quiet spot. Rooms were modern and clean and really helpful reception staff. Good breakfast selection and great coffee. We would certainly be happy to stay here again. Train station just a few minutes walk away too and just €7.50 to the airport✈️ 👍"

"Be wary of bed bugs! I read reviews about bed bugs so the first thing I did upon entering the room was lift the mattress only to find live bed bugs - yikes. This hotel carpets are spoiled and stained with many smells. It’s located on top of a strip club. The hotel reeks of smoke, weed and alcohol. I tried bringing the bed bug issue with the hotel manager but all he seemed to offer was a “larger room”. Like no, if this room has bed bugs, I’m sure they all do. The size of the room doesn’t matter. "

"Das Hotel liegt abseits des Verkehrs direkt an der Spree. Mein Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Das Bett war bequem, was die Matratze angeht. Einzig das Kopfkissen war zumindest aus meiner Sicht und der meines mitreisenden Cousins im anderen Zimmer eine Katastrophe. Eine einzige Luftnummer. Also kaum Volumen. Das mag persönlicher Geschmack, aber zumindest aus unserer Sict war das ein Manko. Das Personal war top. Sei es bei der Unterstützung in Sachen Unterbringung der Fahrräder im hauseigenen Fahrradcontainer oder auch beim morgendlichen Frühstücksbuffet, welches sehr reichhaltig und lecker war, es waren ausschließlich nette und zuvorkommende Kontakte."

"Absolutely loved our stay here. Our double room turned out to be a huge apartment with plenty of space and even its own washer! The staff here is so helpful and kind. They helped us figure our way around and even had tram tickets for sale so we didn't have to stress about it while we figured out the app and what we wanted to get for the rest of the trip. The buffet breakfast is super and highly recommend getting it added on. We also ended up having dinner here three nights out of the five that we stayed because it worked out better for our plans and was also delicious. While the hotel is in area that may seem a bit out of the way, there is a tram stop right across the street, an Aldi's about a ten minute walk away to get whatever you want and several restaurants and cafes within a 20 minute walk. Again, the helpfulness of the staff, the nice sized rooms and the food will definitely have us staying here if we are back versus any of the more "typical" chain hotels in the central area. "
