"Very quirky property. Outside appearance worrying but clean once inside. Fantastic views from bedroom and balcony. Restaurant food good but pricey especially as immediate outside surroundings were so tatty. Staff very helpful and friendly."

"The hotel was clean and spacious with large, bright rooms. We were greeted with kindness at every turn and made to feel very welcome. The breakfast was excellent, and we loved looking out onto the small river/canal that ran in front of the hotel. The garden out back and the extra sitting areas were a wonderful bonus. A lovely spot for sure. "

Recent stay at The Falcon

"We have just had a lovely stay at The Falcon. The hotel is spotless and beautifully kept. All the staff are amazing and most helpful. We had a bedroom on the front with a canal view. The only down side to this is that it was quite noisy. It is on the main road into the town and next to a pub. The food and gardens are great and we look forward to visiting again at some point."
