This is a nice boutique hotel. Its location is unusual for Buenos Aires, as the hotel is right on the edge of the beautiful Palermo residential area and is very convenient to those, like me, who have relatives living nearby.
The property feels a tad tired –a peeling toilet seat here, a dangling towel hook there– but I would go back with no hesitation. I just wish they would improve their customer relations. We had paid for "a room with a balcony" but ours only had a tiny balcony completely filled by an air-conditioner. It turned out that they had decided to give us a larger room instead, but they never told us! Breakfast is delivered to the rooms and we were explicitly told it would be a continental breakfast. We discovered, much too late, that they could have also provided cooked items such as eggs. Our experience would have been better if such things had been communicated to us.
