Room was great. Young lady that received us and we dealt with on a regular basis was very professional and service oriented. The only setback was the unit was located next to Junín where there was a Bar that had music until 6:00an We endured it, but some nights if was difficult to sleep. Other than that, great location and very comfortable apartment for two.

I have never had such a bad experience at a hotel in my life. This hotel should not be open to the public. The cockroach infestation is absolutely horrifying. They are everywhere, even crawling on the walls at night. It's a huge health risk. Plus, the hotel is so dirty, run down, and poorly maintained - the pool water is so murky that you can’t see the bottom of it, the wallpaper in both rooms they sent me in is falling apart, the furniture is extremely worn down, mattresses are yellow and brown, walls are paper thin, and the elevator sounds like it's from the 1800's - it can be heard everywhere in the hotel. I don't understand how this hotel is still operating. I have been traveling full time for almost 3 years and this has been the worst hotel experience I've encountered so far. After i informed the staff of the cockroach infestation and dirty rooms, they sent me a refund and basically said “we’re sorry for the bad experience you had but we never advertised a luxury apartment. This was a small oversight from our cleaners who missed a few bugs during cleaning” and then blocked me. This was straight out of a horror movie - I wouldn’t even send my worst enemy here.
