Casa LePage Art Hotel is an oasis in the heart of Buenos Aires. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were treated like royalty. The hotel is located on a quiet street and is absolutely designed with higher end qualities. From the art on the walls to the museum artifacts all around, you are staying is a hotel that is designed with the guest in mind. Someone mans the front desk 24 hours. All hotel staff is more than willing to answer all questions you have for places to visit, transportation and of course the best restaurants in the area. Their desire is to make your stay the best. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The facility is very clean. Breakfast which is included is excellent. Many choices to start your day off on a healthy beat. You can choose to enjoy the two roof top areas any time of the day. It was especially wonderful to enjoy a bottle of wine and breath in the fresh air. Even though Cassa Lepage Art Hotel is located in the city, once you walk through the doors you are in a place to relax and feel comfortable and safe. We high recommend a stay at Cassa Lepage Art Hotel!

I really liked the location near La Plaza de Mayo and La Puente de la Mujer (<1km). Adjacent restaurant was good as was the En Mita Café nearby. No need for taxis though we only stayed one night. Comfortable mattress and large en suite. Plus the in house museum and art exhibits were a welcome plus. It feels unique and helped me feel much more connected to BA than I would have had I stayed at a more retail hotel.

I am so glad that we stayed at this hotel from our cruise through South America. We had a beautiful room looking over an old church, and the bed was super comfortable. Even though I speak very little English, the staff made such a great effort to communicate with me, and they spoke Pretty good English in case you’re worried about that. Do not expect a Sheraton or Marriott, this is a beautiful restored old property with a huge bathtub and shower and bidet and great water pressure. The linens in the bathroom were fine the bedsheets were always clean and housekeeping was immaculate , one of the best things is that right next-door and connected to the hotel is a Peruvian restaurant which has the absolute best seafood I have ever tasted. My husband and I went there on Valentine’s Day and started with a wonderful glass of Maulbeck, the Parmesan scallops, the grilled trout, and the salmon. In fact, we ate there twice during our four night stay! The only thing that I gave four stars to where the amenities as they only have bars of soap, shampoo and conditioner, and robes (however, the robes do not have a tie!). This hotel stands on a property that has been in Buenos Aires since 1713 and has gone through many different businesses. They have excavated the basement so that you can tour the museum down below the first floor. Again, if you want a beautiful, friendly and clean hotel That really exemplifies the history of this lovely city. Please stay at Casa LePage Art Hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel only two blocks from Plaza Mayo. The history of its renovation is clearly visible as owners are mindful of the architectural heritage of these old buildings. But the rooms and common areas are spacious and modern.

Very beautiful small hotel with a museum showcasing its restoration from Victorian times—impressive the update made to preserving the building. The hotel signage is very discreet, we almost walked right past. Room was lofty with big windows which we opened to the courtyard below and to the sound of singing birds in the morning. Bathroom feedback: No shelves or counter space to put toiletries or hang clothes when shower ring. Overhead lighting not useful for applying makeup. Reading lights needed for both sides of the bed. Only one was supplied and we had to break out our headlamps. Location was ideal for walking to the Plaza de Mayo, Féria San Telmo and Puerto Madero. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful too, especially with where to exchange money. Numerous dining options nearby. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This place is unique, small with a lot of great characteristics, extremely clean and quiet. I only stayed one night, but this is one of my favorite places I could come back over and over. Front desk were excellent, very helpful and friendly, I felt I was in Paris. Location is amazing, near downtown, La casa Rosada and San Telmo, I also felt very safe.

My husband and I stayed here for a week. We loved it! The guys at the front desk were amazing. They were super accommodating and personable. They allowed us early check in and late check out due to our flight times. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The bed was cozy and the room was quiet! We ate the free breakfast a few times. There was a good selection of beverages and both sweet and savory food options. I can't recommend this property highly enough! The staff is great, property is beautiful, and in a great location for dining and transportation.

This is a beautiful modern hotel in San Telmo, an interesting old part of Buenos Aires City. I can’t give a detailed review as I only stayed for half a night, before a very early flight out (leaving for the airport at 1.45 am). What I can say is that the bed is very comfortable and the wifi fast and efficient.

This hotel is in a central location, in a beautiful historic building. The rooms are really large, with a lovely entry room, large bathroom and large separate bedroom. It feels more like a suite than a room.

Simply stunning
This property is simply stunning. A small boutique hotel, but not small in size. The building is very grand, superbly renovated and beautifully decorated. The staff are top class, the service is very personal. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to everywhere. San Telmo restaurants and market, not far from Puerto Madero, the Obelisco, all the major sights. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the hotel and especially that it is an historic building. The hotel has a modern design, but it is sitting on the ruins of an old building. They have cleverly designed displays for the pottery and glassware that was found on the site. The location of the hotel is very close to a Hop/On Hop/Off bus stop and around the corner from Querandi Tango venue with a dinner show.

Cassa Lepage was the perfect place to stay in Buenos Aires. It's bright and new, and the archaeological exhibits within are a fascinating look into the past. The breakfast area is sunny (but air conditioned) and pleasant. There are comfortable areas to sit to just read or wait for a ride. The staff were ultra helpful - they booked restaurants and a tango show for us AND were interested in our experiences. The central location meant it was walkable to San Telmo and the river walk, and a quick Uber to sites like Recoleta or El Camineto. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower pressure was great, and there was even a bidet. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel
Very nice, pretty and well appointed hotel. Spacious room. Patio was lovely and breakfast was very good. Front desk was friendly, unpretentious and helpful. Love that they are mindful of the history of the space. It’s hip but not too hip if you get my meaning. Feels like an up and coming neighborhood too with a lot of old time restaurants still thriving (loved Desnivel). Thanks for the great stay!

Comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent gardens on two different terraces, good breakfast options for all tastes. Good internet access. The hotel is also a museum, with professionally curated displays of Buenos Aires earliest history. It was hard to leave the hotel to explore the city! The location could not be any better, just a few steps from Plaza de Mayo, San Telmo market, and dozens of other attractions. Great experience!

Jewel in San Telmo
Every single staff at this hotel is patient and down-to-earth. They took extra steps to provide us excellent services. We asked where to buy a SUBTE (subways) card. The next day one of the staff gave us a card for free. It saved time for us in an unfamiliar city and we greatly appreciated it! The breakfast is served on the sunny cafe/terrace, which is the great way to start a day in a low key. The has a super high ceiling and very clean. The hotel is conveniently located to go to Mercado San Telmo and other great restaurants. Also, a nightly walk to Casa Rosada is only a few steps away. We took SUBTE at Plaza de Mayo (3-minute walk from the hotel) and went everywhere. We will definitely stay at this hotel at our next visit to Buenos Aires.

Excelente Hotel
Me encantó!! El hotel es muy bonito y el servicio excellente. El arte y la decoración del hotel es impresionante. El cuarto bien limpio, con muy bonitos detalles y el bano espacioso. La estadía incluyó desayuno y lo tomamos en la terraza. El hotel queda a pasos de la casa rosada y otras atracciones. He visitado muchos hoteles alrededor del mundo y este se ha convertido en uno de mis hoteles favoritos. Quedé impresionada con la atención y servicio consistente a través de los diferentes horarios todos los días de nuestra estadía. Nuestro vuelo salía temprano en la manana y el encargado del hotel nos tenía preparado café, jugo, sandwich, pastries, etc para que pudiéramos comer algo antes de irnos en la madrugada. Muy bonito detalle por parte del hotel! Recomiendo 100% este hotel. Les va a encantar!

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the staff. They were very helpful with the neighborhood and places I would find interesting. The hotel has an art gallery in it curated with local artists. The room was clean and beautiful. Spacious & comfortable. I look forward to my future stay there.

The hotel was surprisingly unique (art + archeological site). The room and staffs help were above expectations. Finally, the location was excellent!

OK property but it really needs a pool.
My stay was fine, breakfast was small but OK. Room was good. OK property overall, quite large rooms. but this property really needs a pool and I do think they can build one. I was there in December and it was longing for something to cool me off. Hotels with pools in BA don't offer day passes so if it's important to you book a hotel with a pool on hot days.
