"I would give a better rating if they haven’t charge me for mini bar which I didn’t consume! Watch your credit card transactions! When I checked out, I already confirmed with the front desk, they indicated I’ve consumed two nespreso pods and one red bull from the mini bar, but these items were not even in my room when I checked in. 3 days later after I checked out, they charged my credit card without authorization. This is really not acceptable as I didn’t consume anything in the mini bar. "
