A bit harsh some the people in the reception with excuse of security . A relative came upstair making clear will not stay , and generate a harassment over the issue. Sounds surrounding aren’t that safe or the person in question needs training how to implement policies with courtesy and respect

Generally would expect more from a Accor group hotel including other IBIS hotels i have stayed in especially with respect to few basic aminities in the room like water / a coffee maker etc etc. Replishment of items in the breakfast already n the menu was slow and saw couple of guests just shrugging their sholders and walking off.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at ibis Obelisco. We arrived around 1 in the afternoon. We asked to store our luggage until check in, but the front desk staff checked and saw that our room was ready and allowed us to check in early. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Close to many restaurants, shops and attractions.

Not as impressed as others, it seems. No coffee facilities in room, and no English language TV.Outside of breakfast hours, coffee had to be paid for. Room was good, with air con, and quiet considering the outside street scene. Proximity to the centre of the city is a big plus.

The included breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly but have limited English skills. The room is small, which is pretty standard here. However, the room is very dated. We stayed here twice and both rooms had toilet flushing problems. The bathroom seeems old. The area is in the Theatre District with every other restaurant a pizza place. We saw one steak place. Extremely busy street on weekend nights.

El hotel nos dijo que expedía no envío ninguna reserva por lo cual no respetaron la reserva pagada , se que la tarifa no es reembolsable pero yo llegué al hotel y nos hicieron pagar nuevamente echando la culpa a expedía , pagamos en el lugar 2 habitaciones , me dijeron que enviaron a expedía el reclamo y ellos de deslindaban , solicito mi devolución a expedía porque el pago lo hice en línea y nunca me contestaron
