Wonderful apartment in Buenos Aires

Had a wonderful time at this apartment. The neighborhood was walkable and safe. The pool was lovely. The staff was very kind and even held our bags for us when we came back through town a few hours later.

Fantastic stay

Excellent stay, the hosts were great at communicating with us throughout the trip. The apartment is stunning, really spacious for the 5 of us during our stay. The location is great and in a beautiful part of Buenos Aires. Close to lots of restaurants. I would 100% recommend this place

The property managers were great, however the property definitely did not look like the pictures. Unit was in ok shape, whole floor that the unit was on smelled like cigarettes. If the pictures were of the unit we stayed I may have not picked. Great location though

Great and safe location in Puerto Madero. Great management team that fulfills all wishes and needs. We had booked 5 stays during one month with Luxury Apartments and were always able to rely on the support and services of the management. The apartments were all top furnished, clean and the surroundings quiet with 24 hour security entrance. The location and surroundings are great and invite you to go for walks. The apartments and the management team can be recommended at any time. We had a great time here in Puerto Madero.

Pretty average room that looks nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Definitely wouldn’t choose this place again for the quality of the room, but good value and the location is great: very safe, good selection of restaurants, walkable, and good location within BA.

I really enjoyed this apartment, very quiet and neat, plenty of sunlight. Host is very responsive and the check in very smooth and warm reception. The building has 24 hour security therefore quite safe. Simple breakfast is included in a nearby restaurant where they offer other good food. Overall I recommend this apartment and the host.

Wonderful!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and quiet. It is located in a very exclusive area of Buenos Aires where you can walk to cool neighbourhoods like San Telmo, etc. Communication and check-in instructions were seamless and simple. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, modern and comfortable. It's balcony gave way to beautiful views. It is also surrounded by a variety of great restaurants and cafés.

Absolutely outstanding. First of all, the apartment is beautiful, very well equipped, and extremely clean. Great furniture, appliances, TV, etc etc. The location is phenomenal, just in the heart of Puerto Madero, the safest and highest-end area of Buenos Aires. The host, Ignacio, was lovely and helpful. Got a great deal of suggestions from him and he also took care of my luggage after the check-out. He even sent me a message afterward to check that everything was perfect. I definetely reccomend this place. Will be coming back

Enjoy Buenos Aires in comfort!

The apartments are in a convenient location, they are well maintained, and the people providing all of the services are extremely friendly and responsive. Before you arrive, you will receive messages with clear instructions from the management. (Whatsapp is the primary communication tool before and during your stay.) The address provided on hotels.com is that of the office, not of the apartment. Do not be alarmed about this. The apartments are near the office and, arguably, in a better location. If you want traditional hotel services, this is not the place for you. What you get here is privacy, space (much more than a hotel room at this price point), a kitchenette, a living room. The apartment was impeccably clean upon arrival. In our case, the living room contained a dining table and chairs, a couch, and a coffee table. There was a TV mounted on the wall (which we did not use). The bedroom contained a queen-size bed and another TV mounted on the wall. There was adequate storage space and a safe. The bathroom was on the small side with a small shower, bidet, toiled and sink. The only hitch was poor temperature control of the shower: the water went from cold to hot at unpredictable times. The people went above and beyond to provide a great experience. All in all, this is a place I would highly recommend.

Great location and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river and the trees. Great for people watching. Nice high-class area in Buenos Aires. The room could have been cleaner. The floors badly needed a vacuuming. Two holes in the wall next to the door. Besides those two issues the apartment was nicely maintained.
