I couldn't enter into the hotel. Nobody opened, there was NO ONE there!! Is this a joke? I stayed almost 1 hour banging at the door!! Freaking insane!

We stayed there for three nights and met multiple staff members and all Staff went out of their way to be helpful and were friendly and polite. Room was simple but clean and well kept.

Spacious room, less than ideal wifi
The room was spacious, very comfortable, nicely arranged and clean, with a balcony. The breakfast was standard. The wifi connection was getting interrupted all the time, making it hard to work. Finally, in the morning, the toilet flush stopped working, which could have been an unexpected accident. It rained, so we did not get to try the pool and deck.

Bad manager!
Awful service! The neighborhood is excellent, the hotel is good too, but we were at least 2 hours waiting while they fix the room's key, and no excuses or compensation. Bad service, but not in the front desk else the manager who was the person trying to fix the problem when the technician couldn't solve. The issue is that the key didn't work well respiting the "solution" that they gave.

I thought it was a great price for a hotel in such a big city and it was really close to the metro/subway so it was really easy to get around town. T?he staff was excellent!

Well located for bus/subway, clean and comfortable
The first of many hotels in our adventure, Sures was well located for traveling around Buenos Aires. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast more than just bread and juice, and the room was comfortable and on the large side. We tried to get help with airport transfers, but there was no response to our email and not much cooperation when we called. The computer and internet service was not working and that was a bother as we wanted to have contact with family at home. After our 2 week trip, we found many other hotels to be much more cooperative with help, but the staff were somewhat helpful when pushed. We did have the unfortunate result of a double booking that we did not make.

Tienen lo básico y es cómodo. La ubicación es buena. Las ventanas de nuestra pieza no se trababan, así que la seguridad, aunque estábamos en el segundo piso, no era buena. Perdimos unos anteojos y a la hora de pedir ayuda para encontrarlos no se preocuparon en lo absoluto sobre el asunto: Hablen con las encargadas de limpieza, ah, y no están disponibles.

Me gustó la ubicación. Le falta mantenimiento. El control remoto de la TV no andaba, reclamé en recepción (amables) pero no me lo solucionaron la segunda noche. Le falta una lavada de cara. El desayuno muy básico. Caro para la calidad del hotel

La suite Junior era muy confortable y la vista desde el balcón hacia la piscina era impagable. De acuerdo a la categoría del hotel, el desayuno debería ser mas completo

Ótimo para a Maratona e só!
Excelente para quem vai participar da Maratona de Buenos Aires porque é relativamente perto, dá pra ir à pé. Porém em termos de conforto deixa um pouco a desejar e café da manhã bem mais ou menos. Vale lembrar que no dia da maratona começam a servir o café às 5h, o que facilita pra quem vai correr. Achei caro pro que o hotel é, mas em todo caso foi muito útil pra participar da prova sem stress com deslocamento.

No pudimos utilizar la piscina. Se supone que abria de 8.00 a 20.00 pero fuimos 9.30 y estaba cerrado por mantenimiento.

역과 가깝고, 편안하게 다닐수 있었어요
지하철역에서 매우 가깝고, 인근에 은행이 있어서 환전하기 편했습니다. 큰 길가 쪽이라서 저녁에 다니기도 수월했고, 주변에 구경할 거리가 많아서 좋았습니다.

La estadía fue muy buena, tuvimos un detalle en la llegada por lo cual el hotel se ofreció a devolver el monto total sin retirarme del lugar, me pareció un abuso por parte mía, de todos modos nos hicieron un descuento. Muy amables sus empleados.

Excelente opcion si la zona te conviene
Elegi esta opcion por recomendacion de un conocido y por su cercania al subte en una zona donde tenia conocidos cerca. No me defraudo ya que la habitacion era muy grande, limpia y con una excelente conexion de wifi. Toda la personal con quien interactue me trataron impeccable y encontre las zonas comunes limpias. Lo unico es que el desayuno no me emociono mucho pero eso ya es estandar en casi cualquier hotel.

La habitación es muy espaciosa, con frigobar, kitchenette, sofá, a un excelente precio. Hubo algunos puntos a mejorar: el aire acondicionado era chico para el tamaño del ambiente así que demoró mucho en enfriar. El bidet tenía un problema. En definitiva, tiene muy buenas prestaciones para el costo razonable que tiene.

Nos encantó
Ambiente Amplio /cómodo/ bien equipado. La ubicación es muy buena, a una cuadra de Av. cabildo y próximo a cines, restaurantes, heladerías, supermercados .. Cabe destacar la excelente atención que recibimos por parte del personal de Sures de Belgrano. TODOS SUMAMENTE AMABLES, ATENTOS, MUY CORDIALES. Un lugar confortable para hospedarse, Super recomendable.

hotel urbano en Belgrano
de los 6 dias que pagamos , solo pudimos dormir en el 3 noches, no habia luz, y ni siquiera tenian luces de emergencias para poder subir o bajar las escaleras. se nos inundo la habitacion el primer dia, y nos mojaron la ropa, zapatillas y la valija, tardaron mas de 96 horas (4 dias)para reponernos la ropa y elr esto de las cosas, como consecuencia de la inundacion tambien estuvimos sin agua . no nos hacian la habitacion, siempre tenian una excusa para no hacerla. y ni siquiera tuvieron la honorabilidad de ofrecernos un servicio extra o hacernos un descuento. el personal en general muy malos modos, salvo un solo chico en la recepcion que siempre fue muy paciente y educado, ojala supiera su nombre para decirlo porque fue lo unico que valio la pena en ese lugar. NUNCA RECOMENDARIA ESTE LUGAR!!!!!

òtima localização
Um hotel, estilo flat com uma pequena cozinha para reparado de comidas rápidas, com fácil acesso aos supermercados e outras estabelecimentos para abastecimento. Destaco também a localização, a poucos metros da estação D do metro, com acesso a todos os pontos da cidade de forma rápida. O café da manhã é bem simples.
