The apartment was unclean and barely stocked (no way you can use the kitchen for a meal). The sheets didn’t fit the beds so we were sleeping on bare mattress (yuck). What blankets there were were stained. Hair in the bathtub, stained hard couch… you get the picture. Good location though, and they were responsive via WhatsApp.

Good room with well equipped kitchen. The mini fridge is excellent and allowed us to safely store/freeze baby food. Could do with more wardrobe space/space for luggage if you intend to stay a little long. Staff was very helpful. Many parks at walkable distance, and excellent dining options nearby. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The staff was great, especially Camila. They are very responsive and helpful. Loved the location. Very good water pressure in the shower with good amount of hot water. The bed was comfortable, but the sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. Very nice size apartment, but the bathroom is a bit small and would have been better it it has more hooks for the towels and some place more counter space or shelf space. WiFi was good. The App using Bluetooth to unlock the door was convenient as it can be installed on more than one phone. Don't have to worry about losing the key.

Great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the fact that I had to download an app to open my room’s door. That’s a no from me. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom required updating. I stayed one night and I’m not planning on returning. There are better options in Buenos Aires.

Good location, room is nice and clean, equipped with lots of cooking supplies and appliances like toaster oven, but the place fails to provide something as basic as a hair dryer. I mean is it okay to walk around the city with wet hair? I mean I can totally live without a toaster or toaster oven, but walking around with my hair wet gives me a headache.

A little gem in Palermo.
Irvin was so helpful and welcoming. The check in was so easy. The rooms were clean and spacious. The area is close to AEP airport and there are lots of restaurants, supermarkets and stores around the hotel. We will definitely stay here again when we travel back to Buenos Aires.

Great place in BA!
This was a great place to stay at that was more than just your typical hotel room. The staff was super helpful and patient with us. Only complaint is that the location could have been a bit better for sight seeing, but the taxis are very affordable so it wasn't that big of a deal.

Great location. Very kind staff. Very comfortable. It wouldn't hurt if they changed the chairs. For those who need to work long hours sitting on a chair, they are pretty uncomfortable. But, overall, the experience was great.

Moderno, confortável e ótima localização
O apartamento é lindo, bem confortável e muito próximo de restaurantes, bares, opções de transporte e lojas. Vale a pena o custo benefício, a região é segura e muito bonita, perto de parques e locais para desfrutar. Gostei muito e recomendo.

Me parece terrible que pidan dejar anotada una tarjeta de credito CON CODIGO de seguridad de manera en garantia en un papel. Quien mira ese papel? Como lo destruyen despues que nos vamos? etc etc.

Sucio e información falsa para vender
Nos engañaron con el estacionamiento, decía “estacionamiento gratis” y cuando llegamos dijeron que era gratis estacionar en la calle, una falta de respeto, tuvimos q ir a otro a 2 cuadras, nos trataron muy mal y no resolvieron el problema. el precio muy caro para lo que es, muy sucio todo hast las sabanas un asco. Había varios faltantes a parte del estacionamiento

No geral foi muito bom, ótima localização. Tem um Carrefour 24h bem pertinho, uma Starbucks e cafeteria da Havana também próximos. O bairro tem bastante opções de restaurantes. O quarto é confortável e a recepção responde todas as dúvidas prontamente. Voltaria com certeza
