"The staff ignored me more than once because my Italian is limited. We were charged for our dining more than we ate. The gym was reservation only for an hour with limited hours. The pool opened at 9am and closed at 8pm. Most restaurants in the village were closed for lunch. "

"The stay was good and it was very convenient for us. Located on main road but hotel was far enough away not to be bothered by traffic. The breakfast was good and filling. The two restaurants located with the hotel were fantastic. There is a supermarket across the street. The front desk and room attendants are wonderful. The hotel is a bit dated and needs to be kept up not only with the maintenance of the hotel but with the outside garden."

"Beautiful, modern, and clean hotel- perfect access if you have a rental car and are touring the Soca Valley. Welcoming staff and delicious breakfast in the morning. Only small thing to be aware of is that the WIFI signal is very weak in the rooms and main area; the reliable spot for a good signal is the couch behind the reception desk, tho I’m sure the WIFI will be improved. Would return in a heartbeat!"

"Really great hotel, although in a very random location, but convenient if you have a car. Out check in staff was efficient and friendly :) Room bathroom/shower was really spacious, very clean, and bed was comfortable! Breakfast spread was amazing too! Will stay here again when back visiting fam! "
