"We were driving from KL to JB but the time was getting late. So at the last minute we decided to stop for a night in Seremban. It turned out to be a comfortable stay with a big room and a huge toilet. Unfortunately, the shower and toilet bowl were not separated despite the good size. "

" We had a great stay at JW Marriott KL! The location is excellent—right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, just steps away from Pavilion mall and lots of food options.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeting with a smile and quick to assist.
The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet with plenty of variety however would have been easier to label food ingredients for those with food allergies. Staff awareness of food allergies will be beneficial "
"We were in and out of KL a couple times due to flights to other places and this is a fabulous airport hotel. (KL also great, but have explored before). An AMAZING breakfast of countless food varieties (pan Asian, Euro, American, etc).
They do offer an indoor shuttle service via golf cart type rigs and even we, with small roller bags and being avid walkers, hopped on. It's a long ride....
All staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. We'd stay again anytime. "

"Wonderful Birthday Stay!
Had a fantastic stay at Pavilion Hotel KL by Banyan Tree. A big thank you to Jennis Siaw at the front desk — she noticed it was my birthday from my passport, wished me personally, and even arranged a surprise cake! She also extended our checkout time as the room wasn’t ready at check-in. The hotel is super convenient, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and a link bridge to KLCC. Great service and perfect location — will definitely return!"
