"Excellent customer service from arrival to departure. The breakfast was good at Island Kitchen. Transportation was easily available. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I do not recommend Lameza restaurant inside the resort, the food was not tasteful, it did not at all resemble Filipino food which was disappointing because we were really looking forward to having a delicious dinner. There was 8 of us total, not sure if it's our taste buds of knowing the authentic taste of Filipino food but whatever they serve was not it. "The wreck dives are great but my family didn’t like it as much. The diving team Tom, Iko and Shay are all great. They are very knowledgeable and personable. Service at the resort is impeccable. MJ, Naomi, Steph are great. They always accommodate our dietary restrictions at breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The bar tenders are also great. It is a full bar but don’t expect to get high quality spirits. We had a villa on the beach with Air Conditioning. The A/C helps if you are in bed just below it but it is still very humid and hot in the rest of the room. The food is OK. Wifi is unreliable. You can get wifi only in the common areas (dining room, reception, dive centre) so the first beach villa near the dining room had some wifi."
