"The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. "Like others have said be prepared for stairs, stairs, and more stairs! Definitely not a place for disabled, elderly or otherwise anyone with difficulty climbing.
