"The place and staff was very nice..."

"Beautiful view, this property is in need of management. Each issue that came up was addressed by line staff employee. Requested upgrade because our unit didn’t have TV. Room move but TV had no signal and they were unable to repair. Stayed one night out of three. On the bright side, Both female employees were helpful and the attentive. By the way we were the only guests staying at the property. "

"Property itself is beautiful and the beach is gorgeous. Staff was very attentive. We had an issue with our bathroom and they came to try to fix immediately. The included breakfast was excellent, great selection. Overall though the pricing for food and tours was fairly expensive comparative to the rest of the area. Also, we had to pay for a lot of extras. For example we needed a boat ride to get back into town and were charged an extra 4000 pesos for one way ride. Additionally, we asked if we could bring towels from hotel on an excursion we booked independently and we were told they would have to charge us to take the towel (not a deposit, but actually charge us to use the towels). Overall, we had a great time though did notice these minor things that weren't expecting which is why I would give the experience 4/5 instead of 5/5. "

"Nice quiet stay. Very cute, clean bed and breakfast. Nothing fancy, but just what we needed to relax. The staff was wonderful, very accommodating. The cafe connected had a wide variety of options. It’s located 10 min from the airport, they offer free pick up and drop off. Overall wonderful stay."
