"The hotel is modern and beautiful. The pool is great. The food is good. They upgraded me to a better room for free which was wonderful. The room and shower were great, comfy bed, big shower, AC. Only complaints were there is no hot water for the showers and the noise, especially since I'm a light sleeper. Could hear people walking above me - so request a top floor if that bothers you. You could also hear the music as they play loud music until 10 pm in the lobby/kitchen/pool area so I would request one away from that. means no day time naps too. Overall I would stay again just in a farther from the action room. Otherwise they offer a free airport shuttle, city shuttle, beach shuttle which was super convenient."

"The staff was very helpful specially Marv. He was very accommodating and helped us everything that we needed. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Would stay here again when we come back to el nido. The beach was a 5 minute walk from the hotel and they have plenty of restaurants to choose from. I also liked that the hotel had a shuttle van to go into town and back to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you ever go to El Nido Palawan"

"The staff are absolutely the best of all the places weโ€™ve stayed in the Philippines. They adhere to the highest quality of customer service. Weโ€™re also thankful for the spa and gym staff. They keep the sauna area and gym impeccable. The food served at Gana restaurant are delicious and the servers and cooks are all great! And donโ€™t miss out on dinner at Henriโ€™s. Every one of the shuttle drivers and boat crew, including Mike at conscierge are absolutely top notch. Our butlers (Anne and Ralf) made our stay the most memorable! Because of these two, we plan to return in the future."

"Lime Resort is very professional and customer-focused, with service that goes above and beyond. Every staff member from security, front desk, and concierge to the drivers and restaurant servers was accommodating, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. โ€‹Before our arrival, they proactively informed us that the infinity pool would be closed and offered the option to switch to an affiliated hotel or keep our original booking. I am so glad we chose to stay.
