"Property itself is beautiful and the beach is gorgeous. Staff was very attentive. We had an issue with our bathroom and they came to try to fix immediately. The included breakfast was excellent, great selection. Overall though the pricing for food and tours was fairly expensive comparative to the rest of the area. Also, we had to pay for a lot of extras. For example we needed a boat ride to get back into town and were charged an extra 4000 pesos for one way ride. Additionally, we asked if we could bring towels from hotel on an excursion we booked independently and we were told they would have to charge us to take the towel (not a deposit, but actually charge us to use the towels). Overall, we had a great time though did notice these minor things that weren't expecting which is why I would give the experience 4/5 instead of 5/5. "

"Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the sea views were stunning.
It doesn't seem to exist on Google, so we ended up at the wrong venue. They didn't seem to have our Expedia booking info when we arrived, but they were lovely in accommdating us even though they didn't expect our arrival. "
