"I asked for a late checkout and was initially told it would be no problem as there was nobody booked after us, but alas apparently the manager had a problem with that. I was willing to overlook problems because of the late checkout, but now I will air my grievances. The AC unit upstairs was not working, and there was no phone so I could not report this. It was pouring rain and no umbrellas so I could not go to reception. No TV in room as advertised. WIFI was VERY slow or not working at all....
