Karuna is absolutely breathtaking. The view from our Juglo was stunning, overlooking both the ocean and the mountains. Bathing outdoors was a unique and unforgettable experience. The staff is super friendly Overall, a perfect 10 out of 10!

Karuna is exactly as described. They provided transport for our small children & pregnant mother from our apartment to the restaurant because the units are on a cliff. Prepare to do a lot of steps. But it is worth it. The views are spectacular. Staff are very accommodating. Food & drinks are excellent. You will not be disappointed.

The villas are wonderful, spacious, and well decorated. The pool and restaurant are great with awesome views. Resort is located at the top of the hills and there's an ongoing road construction, but as long as you coordinate your arrival, they'll pick you up from the main road. Great stay overall.

We loved the view, the pool, happy hour cocktails and the food by the pool! The hourly drives to and from town, service and the daily cleans were greatly appreciated. The bath, shower and hammock outside with the view was a lovely surprise!! Yes there is a hill, but for the lower studios (where our apartment was) it wasn’t an issue for us. Although we loved the restaurant food during the day, breakfast could have been better (pancakes were great if you like them) and it was quite noisy relaxing by the pool due to construction of the new deck by the pool (hopefully it’s over soon!)

Karuna was a beautiful resort in a beautiful location. The staff were lovely, the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated and the views stunning ! Staff were always very responsive over WhatsApp to help sort whatever we needed including transportation, tours etc.

Best place to stay at El Nido!! Staff was helpful attentive. Transportation shuttle was very flexible. Housekeeping made sure our villa was clean and pool was clean as well. Restaurant has so many options it was hard to go eat at other places outside the resort.

This property exceeded our expectations. From the staff all the way to our private Villa! We have our own privacy the bedrooms, beds are plenty for our group of 6. The infinity pool and the view of the sunset is just gorgeous. Will highly recommend this property to anybody looking for a great resort. The restaurant food was great too.

Wonderful villa with a magnificent view. Very near to vanilla beach.Tricycles are dangerous for children especially at this hilly road and they can not climb thw hotel's road. They have a hammock, 2 sunbeds, a table and chairs. Bathroom with shower is open air and nice. We loved the villa.
