Room clean, close to airport, staff friendly, breakfast adequate, unfortunately the lady organising tours etc was not very helpful but the driver organised a transfer to el nido for us very efficiently

Great staff in the restaurants and lobby, pool staff were always kind too. Always happy and smiling. Special thanks to Nap who was always very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

underground river is worth the visit, Honda bay is just another island tour.

We went to Puerto Princesa solely to visit the underwater caves. It was an excellent tour, but unfortunately we handed our keys into reception and we are certain this could have been the only time people would have access to our room
