The Best Western Plus is located on the nondescript main road, but the property itself is well-maintained and accessible. The staff are unremittingly helpful. I would place it on the top of my list for a return visit.

Great staff in the restaurants and lobby, pool staff were always kind too. Always happy and smiling. Special thanks to Nap who was always very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

We went to Puerto Princesa solely to visit the underwater caves. It was an excellent tour, but unfortunately we handed our keys into reception and we are certain this could have been the only time people would have access to our room
