Room very clean. Staff very very helpful. Nice buffet breakfast. Nice to have transport to airport shuttle. Had in room massage for US $11 which is frankly unmatched on the planet as far as I’m concerned.

Great staff in the restaurants and lobby, pool staff were always kind too. Always happy and smiling. Special thanks to Nap who was always very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

We went to Puerto Princesa solely to visit the underwater caves. It was an excellent tour, but unfortunately we handed our keys into reception and we are certain this could have been the only time people would have access to our room
