"Had an incredible stay here. Was upgraded to a premier room which was wonderful. Super comfy bed, huge balcony amd bathroom. The hotel was very quiet you get good rest. Hotel pool area was huge with plenrty pf loungers. Handy little gym on site was great. The massage i had it the spa was so good and very cheap prices. They offer ahared van to the aiport for only 250php whichbis great value. Its a bit far from town proper but does have an on site shop if you need refreshments. The only negative the food was terrible. I ordered battered chicken in gatlic with fries, the fries were delivered cold and about 20 mins before rhe chicken. Which was just deep fried bones. Also disappointing you cant get room service after 9pm. "

"Staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. Infinity pool was amazing. The panoramic suite had fantastic views!!!! Food at Baya was the best cuisine compared to other restaurants I visited on this trip both in Manila and Coron. "

"The staff and location is the best thing about this resort. Matt, the diving instructor, and the boat captains were excellent. The rest of the staff - cooks,,servers, housekeeping - were so friendly and kind. Although there is construction going on to expand and renovate the resort, they were pretty quiet and respectful. The room we stayed in is one of the newer rooms but even the older rooms were okay. The resort is very quiet and peaceful with ocean views. "

"Just returned from a 3 night stay at the resort. The main positives are the amazing location, spectacular beach and the polite and courteous staff. We stayed in the sunset villa - they look dated from outside but are clean and comfortable inside. The bed was huge and pillows were some of the bed I have ever had. The bathrooms are modern and stocked with all the amenities. The complimentary water bottles, daily snack, reef friendly sun screen and insect repellents are a great touch. However, there are a couple of things that let the resort down for me. The food is average, though there are vegetarian options albeit limited. When we arrived, we were told that day trips organised by the resort could be booked up to 4pm the following day. We went early in the afternoon to book one of the island hopping trips for the following day and were told that no boats were available. Sadly we didn’t have the option to do it the following day as we were due to depart that day. So we basically ended up spending our 3 days just on the island and I think that is the main downside. If you want to do the Coron tour A, you need to get a boat to Busuanga island, get a van to Coron town and then do the tour A circuit. So if you want to see Coron, you are better off staying elsewhere. Oh and offering just 4 capsules of coffee is a bit miserly. "

"The area including the beach is beautiful however the room is very dark and smells beds. The bathroom was the worse. It really smelled bad. Food was just ok. Super uncomfortable beds on the beach. "
