Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
It felt like someones house as soon as we drove into the yard and walked through the family kitchen. The ensuite room was not cleaned and had to wait around

Mthokosizi came during cleaning times of 11am. He requested for an early Check in. Our check in time is 2pm. We did not know he was a short time Guest, as we dont accept hourly Guests. Turns out he was rushing to the Airport and wanted few minutes with his partner.
