We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms were spotless, and the hotel had such a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay a wonderful and memorable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel!

The Lovina is a hotel/resort that I have been staying at since 2016. It’s conveniently located, the pool/bar area is perfect, the staff are all so friendly, spa and staff are great! We enjoyed the breakfast and sunsets and will always come back!

Look no further The Lovina is the place to stay for genuine hospitality and an experience you will carry home with you. The service was exceptional, but it was the people who made our stay unforgettable. Efa deserves special recognition. The warmth, patience, and genuine care Efa showed us made us feel truly valued, never like just another reservation. Efa was one of the biggest reasons this trip meant so much to us. Efa and Indra did far more than drive us around Bali. They shared their stories, answered our countless questions, and taught us about Balinese culture, religion, traditions, and everyday life. They helped us understand their home rather than simply see it. Those conversations turned a beautiful holiday into something deeply meaningful. I genuinely feel I grew as a person through this experience. Thank you also to Boy, Buda, Eddy, and the kitchen team for helping make our stay so special. Lovina will always have a place in my heart, and The Lovina is somewhere I want to return to again and again—not only for the destination, but for the people and how they made us feel. To anyone still comparing hotels: stop looking. For us, The Lovina was more than a place to stay; it became one of the most memorable parts of Bali. Efa and Indra, thank you for making that possible.

Stephanie at breakfast is an absolute gem! By the time I left, she felt like a friend. It's a plus that she's bilingual in German! Augus, who makes the omelets at breakfast, already knew my order by my second morning. I walked over to order my omelet, and he had already started it. That level of attention to detail is astounding. Gedday, the gardener, speaks better English than a lot of people who work in reception at other hotels. He's also a kind, lovely man. Free yoga every morning was wonderful! I could go on and on about how special this property is. Beautiful beachfront location. Live music at dinner every night. Phenomenal staff. Great breakfast.

A pricier stay in the Lovina area but well worth it. I will never stay anywhere else in Lovina. The staff were great and we loved the pools, buffet breakfast, and use of the shuttle. Thank you!

really nice staff and property is very well kept. The people at the SPA are one of the best I have experienced in Bali. Nice evening dinner / a drink with band playing on the beach is icing on the cake. Over all would love to be at this property sometime soon

This was a quaint, quiet hotel located right on the beach. The staff were all amazingly friendly and the rooms were comfortable. The food was pretty good as well. I had an amazing Thai massage at the spa too! It was a very relaxing place a little far out of town but they provide transportation. If you are looking for a more youthful place I might recommend somewhere further in town. I would stay again because of service and tranquility.

Fantastic stay. Extended an extra night. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet when they had it was very good. Some days it was a la carte. Very clean and quick housekeeping. Bathrooms were open to the air. Easy access to the private beach area. Beautiful view of the sunset

The Lovina continues to be a great hotel. All staff are friendly and helpful and it was lovely to be greeted with a smile every time we met a member of the team. Our suite was perfect once again. The walking track to the town area is a great addition since our last stay and we loved the nightly music on the beach at dinner. Having the shuttle service available was an added bonus. Breakfast was great- again we were looked after by attentive, happy staff. We look forward to visiting again.

This was an extraordinary experience in large measure because of the staff. At every turn they went out of their way to be sure that we had everything that we needed and wanted with gracious, warm hospitality that could serve as a model for other resorts. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. A beautiful pool. A shuttle to take you into “town” and to other restaurants. But it was the staff that truly made this a fabulous stay

Very nice resort and decent value for money

Very nice property. A little bit of an ant problem. I put candy on the floor to keep the ants busy and less interested in their ant road that went over the bed. Very nice property, very friendly staff. Gym hours from 9-5 are a little odd and limiting. Restaurant by the beach has a decent enough sized burger, not the usual full bun slider sized patty you often get in Bali. Would stay there again.

Amazing service, both the hotel and the seaside restaurant. The front desk seemed truly interested if we had a good time and welcomed us back. I do want to go back. Two small issues. Don't folow Google maps to get there. It takes you just to the eastern edge of the property, not the entrance. Second. The beds were kind of hard. But we had the garden rooms and they were spacious and the grounds are beautiful.

Unfortunately my ‘upgraded’ room with private pool was very dated and literally crawling with caterpillars. There were a number of flies in the room and I found 2 dead cockroaches in the bathroom. I had breakfast there once and it was awful. No real fruit juice, just diluted drinks and coffee was poor, it was also expensive. The beach front is tiny and not as it appears on the photographs. The staff however were lovely and the location was a 5 minute walk to the Main Street where there were good restaurants. A large resort that is not as good as I thought it would be based on the reviews I had read.
