Only 3 check-in agents on a Friday night. Check in kiosks were out of order. Hot water was only lukewarm warm all weekend

Don Laughlin's Riverside Resort Hotel & Casino
The body soap in the rooms is horrible. Very low quality. The gym was closed. It was advertised as open. The service in the riverside restaurant was terrible. The area by the pool should be open until midnight.
