"Hotel was located right in time square. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The hotel was a little noisy. Someone on our floor was up very late yelling in the hallway, and then another guest was playing mariachi music at 7am. Also, when I got to the parking garage, they told me that the hotel only validated 1 night of parking. I tried to call the hotel, but couldn’t talk to a real person. So I had to pay full price for one of the nights of parking. "
