"We stayed a week and wished we did not. Our TV was not working properly and I asked several times for them to only come in and say there is nothing they can do. Mind you the hotel was not full. I asked for room service and never received it. Very upset that I wasted the money."
"This place is not clean at all. Walked into our non smoking room, and all my family could smell was cigarette. The beds and pillows were stained. Also found hairs all over the beds along with bed bugs. Over all a very unpleasant experience. Checked out of that place as soon as possible. I would advise not to stay at this place. "

"This is a nice property and one we stay at usually twice a year. This time pigeons -- and, I'm talking dozens, were camped above the entrance and pooping on the entryway below. Also, the breakfast kitchen staff seemed inattentive. A lot of missing items.
The check in was great with a very nice staffer."
"The parking was a little challenging unless you had the option to valet park. Not always available, but I found street parking every time. The hotel is amazing! I love it, and have stayed here four times now, passing through Lubbock to drive to Santa Fe, or Fort Worth. I love the beds and the wonderfully decorated rooms. The stocked refrigerator is a great option if you get in late or just need a snack. The courtyard with fire pits, tables, and lots of seating is beautiful at night. Stay out late, grab a drink, enjoy the live music, and relax. The shower is also the BEST! Stay here. Stay a few extra days and explore Lubbock! It's all good."
"This is the best Embassy Suites I have stayed at, and I have stayed at many. The manager's reception was outstanding… authentic glasses and generous drinks. Breakfast was terrific as well. I'm just sorry that we were unable to stay longer!
