"This was a great hotel for the price and location. It was roomy, extremely clean and the kitchenette was all we needed. It had a microwave, kettle and toaster. A selection of glasses, crockery and cutlery. It had a laundry which was a little tricky to navigate. Once you knew you had to get tokens from the vending machine it was manageable. "We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. Auf der Internetseite fĂŒr eine Wohnung waren viele Bilder von allen Ferienwohnungen des Hauses eingestellt. Es war nicht ersichtlich wieviel Zimmer eine Ferienwohnung hatte. Wir vermuteten, dass einzelne Zimmer flexibel dazugenommen werden. Dies war leider ein Irrtum. Es waren nur 2 Zimmer plus eine Ausziehcauch fĂŒr 2 Personen im Wohnzimmer, durch das jeder der zum Badezimmer/Toilette wollte...

So etwas mĂŒsste man in einer Fewo immer mitbringen....An KĂŒchenutensilien war auch nur das wirklich notwendigste vorhanden; das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war ausreichend, und wenn man nur 2 oder 3 Tage da war, auch abwechslungsreich, aber bei 6 Tagen wurde es schon langweilig. ich habe Quark, FrischkĂ€se, evtl. mal etwas Lachs oder Ă€hnliches, vermisst."

"Sehr schön und nahe am Wasser gelegen, aber regelmĂ€ĂŸige Fahrten der Bahn muss man bedenken. Sehr schnell und laut, aber nach 3 Tagen hat man sich daran gewöhnt. Ansonsten gute Betten, Waschmaschine vor Ort, nette Einrichtung ( ohne SpĂŒlmaschine ), alles in Allem sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und Sipplingen und Umgebung ist immer eine Reise wert! "
