"Property is very well located if you’re looking to visit the city of arts and science. Not so close to downtown but taxis are not expensive, safe, and widely available. Property staff lacks empathy without being rude, just the minimum and gives the impression they don’t like tourists but they still work there. Regular rooms are just for 2 and we were 3. We had to insist on getting us a more comfortable room and finally got it with an extra charge. "

"Great room. Was updated and renovated since i was last here 2 years ago. Clean rooms with daily house keeping. and the breakfast buffet was on point every morning. Only bad thing was neighbors slam doors all day! "

"Our stay at the hotel was simply excellent. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and always happy to help with a smile. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel facilities were also very well maintained and the atmosphere was relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from and definitely exceeded our expectations. The only thing we would have appreciated in the room was a kettle with coffee and tea. Other than that, everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"

"Pool closed. Booked a room with a bath. No bath. Staff refused to swap room on arrival . Wanted an extra €70. Very rude, very public discussion. Unprofessional. Finally agreed to move us for last night. No coffee or tea facilities. Don’t go off room description it’s not what you get."
