"This was my first time staying in this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating allowing us to leave our bags in a locked room before check-in and after we checked out. We also received a discount for breakfast during our stay. The hotel was clean and had hardwood floors instead of carpet, which was nice. The Falls are at the bottom of the street where The Holiday Inn is located, and Casino Niagara can be accessed right across the street - perfect location. I would stay here again."
