"When we arrive, I was greeted by Hotel staff at the front door and then I was escorted to the front desk where I was checked in immediately and brought to a beautiful ocean front suit
The food was amazing with your choice 10 of restaurants..on the property and after dinner you had a choice an amazing show or after dinner drinks at the main bar. I have traveled
many countries and I can’t remember a staff that were so professional. And willing to go out of their way to provide you with the best customer service. I highly recommend this hotel for at least a five nights day to get the full ambience of the hotel.

"Despite the recent hurricane we had a great time! Entertainment team was lit, rooms were cleaned spotless each day, and food was mostly delicious! Perhaps the biggest drawback that we had was the “timeshare” sales pitch they had us sit through for an hour-hour and an half after our first night there. If you’re not interested in that, decline the free breakfast!"

"Clean rooms, big balconies, a nice selection of good food. Lovely pools and beach area. We walked down to the other properties and felt like the rose hall had the nicest beach area. Nice cabana and beach loungers. Umbrellas. Attentive staff. Service pool and beach side. Pretty much everything you could ask for. Drinks were full strength I know sometimes people think it’s watered down. Good music. Entertainment. I wish I would have known about the app before hand so I could explore amenities and menus prior. Overall great vacation nice people. We Avoid signing up for the timeshare schpeel, they might offer you free stuff in lieu of your time to hear about timeshare. "
