"We LOVED our experience at Mais Oui! We were a group of 17 -- 4 families, 8 adults and 9 kids all under the age of 12. The staff was incredible with the children, and they had a blast with the giant chess set, mini golf, and just having the run of the place. "Worst "all inclusive" hotel I've been to. Service was poor and I had to cancel my 2 nights after staying the first night and requested a refund. The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues. We went to breakfast at 9am as breakfast was from abt 7am to 10am.
