"Figaro suites was a clean and relatively quiet location. I’m coming from out of the country I couldn’t get the mobile key to download but there was a reception area where I could go and get a physical key. It worked like a charm and had a great stay!"

"The property is well located and has a beautiful view of the river. Unfortunately they refused to provide new towels (for a 3 day stay) even thought I was travelling with a 75+ year old elder."

"Property locates on a quiet street but easy to get to and have good restaurants nearby. Guest rooms are nicely furnished and maintained. All looks fairly new. Spacious living / bed rooms, and ample closet and draw space. Breakfast is continental style but adequate. Staffs are friendly and efficient. We arrived early in the morning and we're able to check in which is very nice."

"The hotel and the rooms were clean and with good amenities. We were family of 4 who stayed in connected rooms, which worked out perfectly. The included breakfast buffet had a good spread and tasted well too. This significantly reduced our stress about where to eat before we head out for our tourist activities. The service was overall ok, not outstandingly good. A minor issue was that the TV remote in one our rooms didn’t work. I mentioned this to the front desk but they didn’t fix it during our 3day stay. Since we didn’t need to watch TV as much, it wasn’t a big deal for us. The location of the hotel is also pretty good, close (15 min or less walk) to many restaurants and attractions. It’s also 2 min walk away from a metro and tram station. "

"Staff were very helpful. The neighborhood is very interesting with lots of great walks and restaurants. Gym could use an elliptical training machine. Group bus tours stay at hotel, but they're not too invasive. Garage spaces are a bit small. Bed was comfortable. Wasn't able to adjust room temperature setting effectively but at least it wasn't too hot outside at night. "

"The hotel is older, if mid century modern is your thing you're gonna love this place, but probably the best view in the city. I recommend upgrading to the executive level as champagne is served all day. Spa services are a little shaky, but you pay for what you get. I opted to go over to sauna world instead well worth the money and more enjoyable."
