Everything was great but the one negative is that the hotel policy is for you to not flush toilet paper after use; you are instructed to place it n wastebasket so as not to cause plumbing issue.

Pros: room is comfortable and clean, rooftop pool is awesome, location is walking distance to beach and public transportation Cons: Unfriendly service, not helpful. They could easily replace the check in desk with a machine. Rooms have water damage on the walls. Elevator to rooftop broke down everyday which required using the stairs that were strewn with dirty towels and housekeeping carts/equipment. Cabana rental included 2 glasses of wine that ended up being spoiled wine. When we asked for something else, they required payment. To “make up” for having to pay for complimentary wine, they gave us ONE additional glass of wine. To split between us I guess? Overall recommendation: the price is not worth it. But if you need a place that’s a nice place to sleep with a nice pool and no other options, it’ll do. Don’t have any expectations about the service they will offer.

We booked this hotel intentionally to use the laundry facilities as it was the mid-point of our trip. Unfortunately the machines were not maintained and the dryer did not dry (kept showing an error and would stop randomly because of it). When we asked for help with our fully damp clothes, the receptionist asked if we wanted to dry our clothes with the hair dryer in the room instead…we could not believe the response. We were forced to go to a laundromat out of our own pockets. Disappointing service, but the rest of the hotel was really great and location is superb. English was not strong.
