A hair found on bed and they respond after I report it There's bidet but it splashes water on toilet, nozzle looked like never been cleaned for long time so I cleaned it A front staff who wore glasses wasn't that bad but wasn't kind either, I thought it's just yonge guy, the other two guys were kind over all, it was cheap motel than I thought.

Horrible experience. They declined to provide basic necessities. Dust falling from ac when we turned it on. No bath towels provided. We left the hotel within one hour of checking in. They accepted they been dealing with issues but still declined to give us the refund. We had to book another hotel. Even Expedia didn’t help us. Very disappointed.

Very near to Busan KTX station which is easy for us to walk over with luggage without extra transport cost. However, there is some train noise too if we open window for cool air. It is also convenient for us to join day tour because KTX Busan Station is also one of the meet up point.

Lot of mosquitos. Bites all over our legs, face! Also, I paid for family room, paid for 4 guests. I came late because of the late flight so my daughter checked in first, the staff said for two person only, she paid extra 50,000 kwon . When I got there I explained that room paid for 4 guests (sleep on the floor) if for 2 guests I can chose at least 1 queen bed & sleep on the bed.

Average hotel for the area

33 sq metre room was very roomy and lots of space was appreciated. However, although relatively new, maintenance appears to have been a low priority. Both rooms we had experienced electrical malfunctions on separate nights resulting in lights randomly turning on and off with accompanying loud beeping noises. This lasted all night and obviously impacted sleeping. Staff were notified and it was apparent this is a frequent occurrence as they were able to somehow re-set the electrical system. Security was also an issue as at 3am a male person was trying to get into my room. He had a key for my room number but from a different hotel. This type of incident was disturbing and could be prevented by having a basic security function in the elevator eg needing a room key to access the accommodation floors.

The hotel is located very close to Busan station and the local metro station, so walkable and close to public transit. The hotel itself needs a thorough clean. My bed sheets were stained and had hairs on them when I checked in, so the bed sheets were either not changed from the previous guest or this is what was considered to be clean. The sink and tub drains were initially running slow but were clogged 1-day into our stay. Not my best hotel in South Korea so far.

La ubicación no podía ser mejor! Sin embargo no nos dieron toallas de baño, (solo de manos) las paredes tenían moscos muertos. Nos tocó la mala suerte de que había trabajos en la calle y hubo un ruido terrible que no dejaba dormir. Lo demás bien: cama amplia, ropa de cama limpia, buen tamaño de habitación, tenía escritorio y computadora, baño con tina y regadera

Negatives : Hardest beds and pillows ever. Black mold all over the ceiling in the entrance. The staff cleans with bleach (mold) so theres a horrid smell when you walk in. Takes all day to go away. They also leave the windows open so you will have bugs in ur room. No towels. Only hand towels. Positives : Good location. They let us check in early. Room size is good for the price. Good for 1- 2 night stays. I would not stay longer.

釜山駅から近いのでKTXで地方やソウルなどに行くのも便利です。 線路近くでしたが静かで過ごしやすい。 YouTubeやNetflixも見れる。 この値段で浴槽があるのが嬉しい。 スタッフの男性も優しいので安心です。
