The cafe on the first floor basically wasn’t selling any food at all, just drink, which was disappointing.

The hotel is close to public transport. It’s easy to go anywhere. It’s very clean and room is quiet. Staffs are friendly and can speak little English.

Clean hotel Busan

We stayed here for two nights during our tour of South Korea and this hotel was a great base from which to explore Busan. The only down side was that you need to get a take a taxi or public transport to get to the city centre. Very clean hotel and super friendly staff who spoke a good level of English. Some restaurants near by as well for different dining options.

The hotel has connecting rooms so it is great for families. Rooms are spacious and have a small kitchenette so an additional basin is very useful. Wallpapers in the rooms are a little worn down at some parts but beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. It is near to the Subway. A taxi drop off/pick up area right in front of the hotel is very convenient. Level 2 BBQ chicken restaurant opens till 2am. Convenient store right below the hotel is a blessing as we get our daily milk and snacks from the store. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Toilet was broken shortly after we checked into our room, however, it was repaired quickly after we notified front desk. Convenient location; Walkable to Busan Train Station, subway and bus stops.

중앙역에 위치한 호텔

중앙역 대로변에 위치한 호텔인데 객실 사이즈는 적당히 큰데, 욕실이 너무 작고 객실이 좀 노후화되었음. 대로변이라고해도 11층에 묵었는데도 차량 지나가는 소음이 다들림

We had great stay and it was very convenient that it was close to water server from our room but we were suprised that we need to pay for toothbrushes so it might be nice there is notice for this at least.

Room for improvements

I think the inflexibilty of strictly checking in at 3pm is a hassle. I believe that if the hotek offers flexbility of there are a available room will ensure a more hospitable experience.

About a 5 min walk from the metro and GS25 is connected to the building, which was convenient. Staff was accommodating and allowed my party to hold our luggage after checkout. Rooms were clean and spacious, and we chose to have 3 twin beds per room because we were a large group of friends. One of our rooms had a broken AC at first but maintenance fixed it right away, even at night. Location was decently distanced between popular areas in Busan, such as Gamcheon culture village (one way) and haeundae beach (complete opposite way). Well priced for the quality of stay. Would opt to stay here again!

I stayed two nights with my family. The Hotel is in a great location. however after we had issues with our shower drain. the staff moved us to another room. for the next two nights My son and I woke up with bug bites on our bodies. We told the staff that 1st night and they just said ok we will treat the bed after we leave. I was expecting some kind of compensation especially I had to pay an extra 60,000 won just for having my son in the same room. I didnt get anything just sorry while my son and I are still itching from the bites we got in the Hotel.

A bit old but comfortable

Hotel was located approx 900 meters from Busan station so is walkable if you wanted to. The hotel looked pretty good from the outside and A twosome place coffee shop is located inside the hotel for convience. There is also GS25 convience store right next door and open 24 hours. Lots of little restaurants around. We stayed on level 9 of the hotel and the hotel room was rather dated. You can actually see bubbles forming on the wallpaper and it looked quite yellow in colour. Carpets were very worn and again, like the rest of the room, looked quite dated. The staff were friendly but note if it rains, you need to put a deposit down of 10,000 KRW if you want to borrow a umbrella but you get it back once you return the umbrella. Staff is also available to help book taxis which is convenient and tell you the estimated price of the ride so your not paying more than the estimate. Overall, the location was ok but the room could use some updating.
