Clean hotel Busan

We stayed here for two nights during our tour of South Korea and this hotel was a great base from which to explore Busan. The only down side was that you need to get a take a taxi or public transport to get to the city centre. Very clean hotel and super friendly staff who spoke a good level of English. Some restaurants near by as well for different dining options.

The Hotel is clean and the personnel has a good english level. The door of the shower cabin was not fully closing but it was acceptable. The gym has decent equipment for an hotel. The location is close enough to walk to the Busan Station. The buses are regular and allows to travel to key destinations. This Hotel is near Gamcheon but far away from Haeundae Beach. I recommend this Hotel as it is a very good value for the price.

It is in good location, easy access to a lot of places. Friendly and professional staff. We had to eat at the main restaurant because time crunch. We were very impressed how good Korean dishs were. None Korean dishs were not. The building is showing age. It is aging side of city. Very good value.

About a 5 min walk from the metro and GS25 is connected to the building, which was convenient. Staff was accommodating and allowed my party to hold our luggage after checkout. Rooms were clean and spacious, and we chose to have 3 twin beds per room because we were a large group of friends. One of our rooms had a broken AC at first but maintenance fixed it right away, even at night. Location was decently distanced between popular areas in Busan, such as Gamcheon culture village (one way) and haeundae beach (complete opposite way). Well priced for the quality of stay. Would opt to stay here again!

I stayed two nights with my family. The Hotel is in a great location. however after we had issues with our shower drain. the staff moved us to another room. for the next two nights My son and I woke up with bug bites on our bodies. We told the staff that 1st night and they just said ok we will treat the bed after we leave. I was expecting some kind of compensation especially I had to pay an extra 60,000 won just for having my son in the same room. I didnt get anything just sorry while my son and I are still itching from the bites we got in the Hotel.

Reception didn't prepare Our request Properly

Reception didn't prepared our booking properly. Booked for 3 adults, but 2Mugs, 2 Pillows, 2 Towels in the room. Asked extra from housekeeper, but tomorrow after cleaning they provided set of 2 again. Hotel is good, corridor to the room very wide. NO Carpet in the room, floor heated, fresh and tidy. Bathroom was very small. Yes Bidet. Request for quite room, but they gave in front of Bus stop, so you can hear bus rev at early morning. Great location to Napo Night market, Gumcheon Village and Lotte. Taxy from Gimpo around KRW 16.000

A bit old but comfortable

Hotel was located approx 900 meters from Busan station so is walkable if you wanted to. The hotel looked pretty good from the outside and A twosome place coffee shop is located inside the hotel for convience. There is also GS25 convience store right next door and open 24 hours. Lots of little restaurants around. We stayed on level 9 of the hotel and the hotel room was rather dated. You can actually see bubbles forming on the wallpaper and it looked quite yellow in colour. Carpets were very worn and again, like the rest of the room, looked quite dated. The staff were friendly but note if it rains, you need to put a deposit down of 10,000 KRW if you want to borrow a umbrella but you get it back once you return the umbrella. Staff is also available to help book taxis which is convenient and tell you the estimated price of the ride so your not paying more than the estimate. Overall, the location was ok but the room could use some updating.
