Bathroom was huge, which was nice. With the ammenities. The actual basin was tiny in comparison. But Hinoki spa, had obvious signs of black mould in the crevices. No towel hook, or bar to hang towel, which I thought was weird - if that’s the Hinoki experience. The extractor fan was loud in the toilet side. TV screen was mounted poorly (slanted). I personally would skip the breakfast. Safe could only handle 4 numbers, 1,2,3,0 for some reason. Location is ideal though. Between BIFF square, Busan station and Gwangalli meant that it was convenient.

The first room they had me in the bathroom was dirty and stains on the sheets so I notified them they moved me to a different one still the faucet wasn’t clean and neither was the toilet. I booked specifically for the bath and didn’t even use it I ended up checking into a different hotel the next morning. The bed was also very uncomfortable almost like rock solid. Little bugs and mosquitoes flying around in my room. I would not recommend to a friend I actually discourage it. The staff was friendly tho.

It's a nice property, it's close to the main train station. (Only a 20 min walk, or the next subway stop over from main station.) The property itself is in a back street that looks and feels more local than touristy, but for what it is and the amenities you get, it's a pretty nice stay. Area is safe and conveniently located. The room was clean. Mattress was little too hard for us. Staff are very kind and helpful. Convenience stores right next to the hotel. 24hours wash and clean just a minute walk but requires lots of 500 won coins (if you can’t pay by card).
