Great location but a hotel that has seen better days. Washroom did not smell clean and inside of cupboards were noticeably dirty. Also, it was strange to have a room with kitchenette and have to purchase cutlery to use. Staff seemed good.

Great stay but did not realize we were on the residence side which lessened the amenities offered. So, in order to get utensils for our kitchen there was an extra charge. The front desk was not always available for assistance but the hotel desk was but could not help us.

I chose this hotel for the pool and pool deck view but not only was the pool closed for the season even in mid March, no balcony or other outdoor space was accessible. The WiFi also didn’t work and staff wasn’t able to help

The hotel room was ok. The room was so uncomfortable because the air conditioning did not work We call to have someone look at it and he got the air going but it wasn’t cool. It was very hot and even with the window open it was very uncomfortable.
