The view was amazing, the workspace was great. The over room was luxurious, spacious, great in room amenities, Nespresso, nice teas, great bed, sheets & pilows. Beautiful bathroom. As always, the hotel service was excellent, and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful, which made my stay very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located with department stores and shops right nearby, and there are many dining options in the area. The hotel buffet was also delicious. Overall, it was a very convenient location where I could easily walk around without needing transportation. I would love to visit again — it was especially a great place to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay without having to travel far.

For a 5-star hotel, the room and hotel building itself did not meet expectations. The room was outdated, with repairs and maintenance in the room visible and left me with the feeling of old and dirty. The hallways stunk. We stayed on the 20th floor and the elevators took a long time because it was servicing other floors (businesses) to non-guests. The only nice area was the lobby to walk through. The location was good since it had direct entry to the mall. The staff were great too.
