Rooms are clean with great amenities. The view was incredible, loved just looking out to see beach. Everything was very close, from restaurants to shopping, the beach, and the train station. Staff were friendly and accomodating. I really enjoyed my stay.

Very good location and has a direct bus from airport. Hotel is clean and basic amenities are readily available. Great location and view of haeundae. Staff can speak basic english well. However room is a bit dated and hotel is strict on check in time policy

Great location,enjoy seaview room on a good budget

Booked the sea view room and got a nice view of the beach. The front desk team are friendly. There are several hotels in this tall building. They all share 1 common lift. So waiting time for the lift is quite long. Also, room aesthetic wise, room has full grey office-like carpets, instead of wooden flooring as seen on the hotels pictures

Lovely sea view hotel

The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable with a nice seaview. We stayed on the 8th floor which was high enough for a lovely view and a quiet night. The only thing that bothered me was the electronic toilet, it kept flushing & cleaning itself at random in the middle of the night. Other than that the location was great, very busy area with a lot to do & see.

The hotel was easy to find and in an excellent location. The room had a fantastic view of the beach, and I enjoyed being able to open the window. It was my first experience with a room that used the keycard to provide power, so it took me a while to get used to it. It also took me a while to figure out how to operate the toilet, but I learned quickly. The bathroom was incredible, The shower was the best in the world, in my experience, and it looked very nice! I love the provided closet, the coffee, fridge to hold my insulin in, and a great big TV! It's a perfect size room and most importantly, the customer service was AMAZING. The manager and her employee were extremely nice and easy to talk to! I loved my experience here and will come back here anytime!

This place is right across the street from the beach. There were LED lights set up on the for Christmas that you could read and see at night from the hotel room. We rented 2 rooms—same price and listing, but one was definitely bigger than the other. Parking was easy! There's a parking garage at the entrance. We gave them our car, they gave us a ticket, the front desk put a stamp on our ticket, and it was free when we picked it up. There is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. It's a little weird, the hotel is located on a few of the floors of the building, with other businesses (and another hotel) occupying other floors. You have to walk into the building, then take an elevator to the right floor, to get to reception, but after that, it was all very easy to get around. There is one small elevator for the building, so it was quite busy during check-out. We took the stairs. The front desk was helpful and friendly. There are robes in the closet and the toilet seats heat up. Overall, would definitely stay here again. Great location, good price, and all you need for a relaxing Haeundae Beach experience!

Pros 1) Service - Excellent Reception is really kind and helpful. Some speaks good English while others do not. Nevertheless, they will try their best to overcome the language barrier and help you. Tip: Download Papago app and use it to do short sentence translation. 2) Facilities - Not the best but works There is one washing machine and one dryer for guests to use at no cost on the 5th floor. Note that you need to bring your own detergent though. 3) Location - Good 4) View - Superb The hotel is next to the beach. In fact, you will have good view of the beach from your room (if you chose the beach facing). Cons 1) There is only one lift serving like 10 floors so I suppose during peak period, one might have to wait a while? Note: During my 4 nights stay there, I could always get into the lift though. But I could be just lucky or it was not peak season. 2) My main complain would be that when you shower, the whole floor including the toilet area would become wet as they are connected and drainage is not fast enough. However, it could be just us who like to keep toilet area dry. Conclusion Still, I enjoyed my stay there and would choose that hotel again if I need to be that area as it is definitely very value for money.
