The front desk services was not very good, but overall it was a satisfying experience. Being close to Haeundae, it was convenient to visit nearby tourist attractions and restaurants, and the location was easy to get around, so I experienced no inconvenience during my trip. As this is a residence, the space felt a little more spacious than standard hotel. Note that there is no standard amenities as offered in standard hotel. The room was neatly maintained and the necessary facilities were well equipped, allowing for a comfortable stay.

The place was super super nice and neat. I wish we could have stayed longer!! The placement of the hotel is also perfect---surrounded by beautiful city but nearly next to the ocean. Just a 5-minute walk away from the beach. Loved it here!

The room was very clean and confortable, for a long stay with ocean view The kitchen equipment was incomplete there were no knives, forks, or glasses. There was a washing machine, which is very convenient for long stays, but it wasn't mentioned in the listing.

We had a couple of issues with our suite, but the staff (especially Mr. Na) were really helpful and understanding, going out of their way to make sure things were right. The location was wonderful and the panoramic views from our unit were amazing.

The property was a smart home, everything was perfect, immaculately clean, technology in the property is amazing. Check-in process was very fast, property is near everything, walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for 6 adults and very spacious. Will definitely book this property again if I return to Busan.

Amazing staff and stay. Very accommodating and helpful. Gorgeous vie of the river. Close to subway which made it easier as we did not rent a car. Room clean and hose keeping was provided daily. Would stay again.
