We walked into our room in awe. The view from each o the rooms were amazing. Loved looking out through the huge windows to the beach and ocean views. Each of the rooms had so much space, especially the master bedroom. It was a tad chilly, so we didn't use the air conditioning, but the room temperatures were nice and warm. We would love to return to Busan again in the future, especially during warmer months to enjoy the beach and will definitely want to return to New CZ. Highly recommend staying here and getting an ocean view room.

Very clean room. However, AC system and water temperature were not working for both my friend’s and our room. This eventually was fixed but nonetheless, a nuisance. Location and price made it a 3.5 star. There is essentially no ocean view unless you dine at their upstairs restaurant. The washer/dryer in the rooms was not operational.

The ocean view was disappointed, you see just a small part. They have a laundry machine but is not available for guest. I didn't understand why they put something people can not use. The closet hanger were so high that you must be over 6ft tall to reach them. Everything else was really good.

The room is large, spacious, clean, and well-maintained. There is a small pool/large bathtub located in a kind of conservatory area, which sounds luxurious at first. However, the bathtub is so big that it takes forever to fill, and the water becomes cold before you can even use it. From this area, there is a view of the beach and the sea, but unfortunately, the surroundings at street level are far from appealing, with empty lots and a generally messy environment. A major downside is the lack of curtains in large parts of the apartment. In several areas, nearby buildings with balconies are very close, including the room with the bathtub where you are expected to be undressed — definitely not ideal in terms of privacy. We also used the rooftop pool facilities (at a high extra cost). While they look nice on the surface, there are significant hygiene issues — for example, large patches of mold in the pool, which makes it quite unpleasant to swim there.
