The hotel manager was extremely helpful providing very detailed things to do and how to get to the areas in Busan as a first time visitor I found this extremely helpful and made for a great visit to Busan.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. The location is right around the block from many restaurants, shops, and other retail outlets. Near the train station, making other parts of Busan easily accessible.

We really enjoyed our stay. The front desk use Whatsapp to send you tons of information to help with your stay. Really close to stores and restaurants also buses if you want to explore. Highly recommend this Hotel was clean and had everything you needed for your stay. Washing machine and dryer is also available which was very nice.

Basically, it was a quite good motel. Sheets and towels were clean, even though some stuff looked old and damaged (like the toilet would not really work). Despite that, the crew was kind and helpful, plus the bus and subway were very close by so it’s a good option price/quality wise.

The staff was very friendly and can communicate in english. It is located close to many food restaurant, convenience store and supermarket. However their rooms have two layouts, the one we got was the showers facing the frosted glass so its pretty awkward if you are staying with your family/friends

They were very thorough. We felt so welcomed. We were sent directions/map on how to get to the hotel once we booked our room. It was very helpful. We also tried some of the nearby restaurants recommended by the hotel and the food was delicious. There is also a washing machine/dryer on the second floor. Overall, we had a great time. I would stay at this hotel again.

Highly recommended! The front desk staff are always kind and helpful. We were traveling with senior and kid. They help us for booking the Jumbo Taxi and also help us to talk to taxi driver for directions. And the hotel location is at the center area. Very convenient to the subway station, money exchange, restaurants.

Location was excellent and the staff were really friendly. The room always smelled of stale cigarette smoke which meant our clothes did too. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Hotel staff are very friendly and made us feel like home. Fried chicken delivery service and taxi reservation is perfect. Some items can be improved like soundproof and cleanness. No need to offer the used comb with hair. The rest are great!
