great location, staff was friendly, room was nice and clean. The only downside is that we stayed at the 12th floor where there’s a huge board right outside the window blocking most of the ocean view.

The location is perfect, you can't really ask for better. The room was clean but not spiffy clean, but it didn't bother us. The linens were nice, we found the bed comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice but it mysteriously closed and never opened after the first couple days, that being said there are breakfast amenities aplenty in the neighbourhood. The staff were 10 out of ten, excellent service, there's a hot pot restaurant on floor 3 that is a must try. Lots of convenient stores very close too.

The location is excellent. The night market is almost at the front door. So many restaurants are around. The Haeundae is 100 feet across the street. I don’t like the bathroom with the jacuzzi and there’s 2 steps to climb to the bath tub. The bidet doesn’t work. The safe was not bolted down. Otherwise, I like the hotel with spacious room.

The room was decent, not big but not small, kinda had a lingering musty smell. The hotel itself is not fully renovated. Some floors were nicer than others. The view of the beach/ocean from the balcony was nice but they should put chairs outside so you can sit out there and really enjoy the view. The location was great, close to the beach, bus line, shopping and also the street market. The daily towel and water replenishing was great. Only one washer and dryer for guests use which makes it difficult if you have to do laundry. A decent place to stay close to the beach.

Fantastic 5 nights stay at Sunset-on the spot for happiness. Beautiful beach 2mins walk from right side of hotel, Haeundae markets 2mins walk from left of hotel. Meeting points for day tour just a stroll from hotel. Closed windows shut out noise during the night. Love the availability of water n coffee for guests n they even provide glass cups. Thank you!

The hotel is located on a great street in Haeundae Beach. The hotel was easy to find and every thing nearby was easily accessible. Only thing is it's a older looking hotel and if you get a beach view, unfortunately theres a gigantic billboard that covers half of the beach view so you just get a sliver of the view.

Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel is just opposite the food street and 3-5 minutes away from Subway. Both our room were xx-01, near the staff amenities area. There were pushing of laundry carts at 5am in the morning. Other than that, it was a value for $ stay
