The room was a little cramped but honestly just right for two people and a short stay. Cooking was convenient, and there was a convenience store on the first level of the property which made up for the lack of breakfast. Easy and fun exploring in the area!

We enjoyed our stay. We love the amenities that comes with this hotel esp the laundry option. There is no front desk, all is communicated via email. Their communication is clear and detailed. Will recommend!

Not what we expected. There was no reception desk and no housekeeping service. The room was tiny. Everything was in Korean. We had trouble figuring out even simple things, like turning on the lights. On the plus side, room had a washer and a stove. The location was not close to most of the tourist attractions in Busan but was right across the street from the Bujeon Market and near a warren of small streets full of interesting small restaurants.

Overall it was a good property in a convenient location. It could have been better if there's English user manuals for in-house electronics. The wi-fi password was misleading. The property management could have a YouTube video to clear som confusion and for expectation management.

Absolutely love this place. Stayed twice during my travels that’s how much I loved the location and comfort. Super easy to catch the metro. Lots of food options. Convenience store on the first floor. WASHER MACHINE. Everything was clean and easy. No contact check-in but they communicate pretty early and let you know luggage drop if needed before 4 pm. Check-in being at 4pm rather than 3 I think was the only downside.

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. Extremely difficult to get in touch with a real person about changing rooms due to view of/noise from construction and non working AC. AC in new room made a weird creaky noise all day and night. Uncomfortable bed encased in plastic with itchy, synthetic sheets. No bedside lamp. Cramped and bad design overall. No one should have to perform extreme feats of feng shui just to achieve minimal comfort in a hotel room. Honestly no idea where all the good reviews come from unless they’re all written by teenagers or early 20-something’s who have never stayed in a real hotel before. I should get a refund for how awful this was.

If you an international guest, make sure to check your emails and get check-in details confirmed prior your stay as there is no front desk. We arrived at 9pm and the check-in form didn’t recognise my booking number. Luckily live chat was quick and I had an email sent with room details shortly. Overall stay was comfortable and provided amenities like washing detergent and drying rack. The blinds were not blackout and had gaps which would let in too much light in the morning.

Once I got in touch with the hotel communication was good. Expedia needs to fix the instructions to get the room access for this hotel. It tells you to wait for an email 48 hrs prior to your arrival that email never came. I had to contact Expedia and then was instructed to contact the hotel. Once I contacted the hotel everything went smooth. I was even able to do late check out at 2pm instead of the 11am normal time. (they only take cash) Was about $21 dollars to do that
