"Comforter had brown stains. Clearly washed and stain that would not come out but should have been taken out of rotation. Glass shelf had a shard on the edge resulting in a cut on my sons hand. Staff were lovely and offered a bandaid to cover the glass. Staff overall were super customer service oriented and just extremely gracious! "

"Kitchen was very minimally stocked. No glasses, just mugs, no pots and pans. We didn’t plan to cook but having a glass for wine or water would be nice. Rooms very clean otherwise and nice to have a washer dryer. My daughter and I agreed the water wasn’t very hot. But the space was very nice and the beds were comfortable."

"It was a perfect hotel for an overnight stay. It was in a great location and the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet once the street noise died down. Request an inside room. "

"This was the worst rooming experience I’ve ever experienced. The room was over 80 degrees hot, but the hotel staff locked the AC, saying that it is still winter and that we are not allowed to touch the AC. Nights were so hot that we could not sleep. I will never be returning to this hotel, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone."

"This is in general a great place. Rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfortable, location is great. Their automated checkin system has never worked, in all the times we've stayed there, however: the front desk is understaffed with generally just one person who is often quite harried. Company needs to ditch that automated system. "

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel posted a notice that an emergency fire alarm would be going off at 10am. We were awoken by this alarm at 7:30 am and it went off intermittently for the next 2 hours. This is not the fault of staff but of a hotel that takes its guests for granted. "
