"Very professional, friendly and accommodating hotel staff. The room was nice, clean and spacious. Comfortable little pastry lounge in the lobby area (the Carrot cake was so delicious) I observed a hair salon next to the elevator. The location was close to allot of attractions as well. "

"Warmly greeted, easy check in, great position for Dubai Mall and the Burj Lovely big well appointed bedroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Big shower with good supply of hot water. Cleaned very well each day. Only extra which would have been nice is a dressing gown. Excellent breakfast each day - good quality produce on the buffet, nice selection of freshly made dishes and an abundance of coffee. The swimming pool was well maintained and the gym equipment was of high quality and kept very clean. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough for a stay in Downtown Dubai. "
