We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. "Got to the hotel at 4am, the reception was opened. I previously had messaged them about my late check-in so they were informed. The room smelled a bit, not very pleasantly but I believe it may be the cleaning agents they use. The room is a bit run down but the bed and the pillows are just amazing. Breakfast was very good, it included an omelette station and seasonal fruits among many other things. Check out was great. Very convenient if you are coming late to Dubai airport since not all the hotels have the 24 hour reception opened. Take a cab, it is very cheap, fast and convenient."
