Everything made my visit enjoyable and stress-free. The only area I feel could be improved a dedicated travel information desk. It would be very helpful for guests to get guidance on local attractions, transportation, and tours directly at the hotel. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. "The property and service atr this establishment was outstanding. The only 2 things were; 1. The housekeeper left 2 strings of hair in the toilet while cleaning by accident. 2. There was an emergency water shut down for 15-20 minutes (Could not flush toilet but had running water in sink). Overall, the place was great and everyone was friendly and accommondating."
