"Airport shuttle very helpfull"

"Incredible stay here. It was just for one night before we traveled back home internationally, but it was SO nice I wish we’d either spent the maximum time we could there for the afternoon and next morning, or booked two nights. Great place to recharge at the end of a long trip and before a long flight. The bedroom was completely silent and dark. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was huge and allowed us to spread all of our luggage back out and re-organize after all of our travel days on the road. The amenities in room were great too. The shuttle to and from the airport was great too and exactly on time. I will always use this hotel when we come to Amsterdam as a place to recharge before and after long flights. "

"Room and bar were nice, but expensive, usual sort of airport prices. The check in time was excruciatingly slow, we stood in a queue for 45 minutes, with only 6 people in front of us. "

"The room had a few issues (the sink did not drain, there was only one shower towel, the tv remote didn't work, the tissue dispenser was empty). We'd had a long travel day, and it was late and since the stay was only for one night we stayed in the room. While these were minor issues, you would think they would have been resolved prior to our checking in."

"Room was as expected, clean and efficient, though we never could get our heat to work and after several attempts with the person on duty, we decided it was better to layer up than to risk it going on high and being too hot in the room. Temps were from 30-50 while we stayed there. The beds are NOT king size, but just 2 twins slid together, sheeted, and blanketed separately, which is NOT conducive to couples snuggling! Staff was great! It was very convenient for our purposes. Great communication up front."

"The property was amazing no faults at all however still waiting on my deposit to be put back into my account as was told by reception it was just a held payment and will bounce back in instantly as I checked out but still haven’t recieved however apart from that I had an amazing stay "
