"The staff is very nice and the location is lovely. I got a free gift (a small pouch) when I checked in. My room was spacious and had a kotatsu which I really appreciated because it got suddenly cold outside. I also was able to enjoy two really beautiful and relaxing outdoor private baths! Breakfast had an amazing view and was delicious. They even gave me a hot pack when I checked out because it was cold outside. I really like the area and I’ll definitely visit again. "

We loved our private onsen, and both the kaiseki dinner and breakfast were outstanding. One of the highlights was making popcorn in the hearth (Yoppite) room—such a fun and memorable touch. Service throughout our stay was impeccable, including the convenient drop-off service provided by the staff. The location is also excellent: an easy walk from Yufuin Station, with lots of charming shops along the way, and just a short stroll to Lake Kinrin.
