Weekend to relax
Weekend away to relax and enjoy, could not have asked for more. Close to beach and short bike ride to jetty and town.

Comfortable and Welcoming
The manager was most accommodating with tips on the local area. The room was older style but comfortable and breakfast was excellent with amazing fresh croissants! We would stay again if returning to Busselton.

Enjoyable stay
Had a very relaxing 4 night stay would have liked to stay a bit longer really. Will go back some time. Mike was very friendly and we just We had a very comfortable 4 night stay and would have liked to have stayed a bit longer. Mike was very friendly and helpful. Sat outside one evening with just wine and nibbles and were very relaxed. Will return at some time

Good stay with a local touch!
Loved the warm hospitality of Mike, his good breakfast even though it was just 3 of us & Diesel the dog made everything even better! My boy loved playing with him. Room was clean and sufficient for use. Hope to visit again!

Location was perfect, close to the beach and the main strip. The owner was so friendly and helpful during my stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Will book again.

Very homely

Overall ok
Breakfast was good. Room was clean and staff were very friendly. Single bed in room felt like you were sleeping on pipes. People were very noisy outside the room until 11pm and then you could hear everything the people in the room next door were talking about.

Wonderful Escape
We had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights recently. It was our first B & B experience and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a charming building with many amenities suck as pool table, darts etc and the grounds are beautiful out back with an incredible outdoor patio to spa. Our host Mike was a willing advisor on where to go and what to do and all up a fantastic host. If we ever return to the west coast we will be sure to make a return visit to Busselton Guest House.

Busselton Guest House was an ideal base for exploring the Margaret River wine region. It had the feel of an older style country bed and breakfast and with its exceptional host, Beth, and the chance to meet interesting guests over a great breakfast, it was a great alternative to usual accommodation options.

Perfect stay
We only stayed one night but wished we had planned a longer stay. Mike made a great effort to make us feel comfortable and everything was provided for. The best was the included breakfast! If we are ever in the area again we will make sure to return and can only recommend staying at this lovely guesthouse.

Close to beach and shops. Lovely guest house with an excellent host - we were made to feel very welcome. Our room/bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the games room and the cooked breakfast. Lovely garden and overall relaxed vibe. Will definitely stay again when next in Busselton.

An outstanding Venue.
The position of the Busselton Guest house is easy walking distance to the beach , the City centre and is far enough away to be in a quiet area. We are looking at buying real estate in the Busselton area and the hosts went out of there way to spend time with us and explain in great detail information about the areas we were interested in, very unexpected and most welcome. We were made to feel as if we were at the home of a friend ,not a paying customer, and that was special.

Staff very friendly, and the guest house and gardens very tidy and clean. The resident dogs are absolutely gorgeous!! Convenient location close (walking distance) to beach, jetty and Queen St restaurants.

Bed n Breakfast close to the Beach
Stayed 2 nights, 2 kids and myself. The location is ideal as it is a short walk to the Busselton Jetty. Kids had a great time with the games room and loads of space outside with a great grassed area. The staff are super friendly and always ready with information if you need it.

Lovely
This is a lovely homely place that is located in a quiet street, mere minutes from the beach. The room was delightful and the hospitality of Mike and Beth was second to none. I was a solo traveller and was made to feel right at home. Mike was always up for a friendly chat and prepared the guests a delicious breakfast each morning. I will return with other family members, it was such a lovely couple of days.

Mike runs an excellent guesthouse and pays attention to the finer details like warming your room in winter. Delicious cooked and continental breakfast was included in price which was great value. Have not come across this standard and value since Europe. Mike was welcoming, friendly and super helpful with his wealth of local travel tips and knowledge. Although we didn't make use of them, the house had great facilities like spa, outdoor lounge, pool room. Highly recommended!
